Yes, you will. We find it best that a routine and bond is made between you, your pet, and your Walker/Sitter. That way, we are more able to identify or spot any unusual actions from your pet, and then inform you about it. On an occasion that your regulator Walker/Sitter may be unable to make it, we will provide you with a Walker/Sitter that is equally suited to take care of your pets.

What’s the difference between Dog Walks, Pet Sitting, Vacation Care, and Drop-in services?

Dog Walk services are when we perform walks on a recurring schedule that tend to be ongoing week after week, month after month. Food and fresh water are provided as requested.

Pet Sitting and Vacation Care services are best described as visits performed when you are out of town, or any other occasion, where you would utilize our services for a few days or weeks. In addition to walking your pet, Pet Sitting and Vacation Care visits may include items such as feeding and changing water, cat requests, other animal requests, cleaning out pet dishes, taking in your mail or newspaper, taking out your garbage, watering your plants, turning lights on or off, opening and closing window curtains, etc. Pet Sitting and Vacation Care visits give your home that “lived-in” appearance while you’re away. The specifics will be gone over together before services start.

Drop-in Visit services are services that we arrive and take your pet out for a walk and potty-break for a few days or weeks. In addition, we will provide food and fresh water, as requested, for your 4-legged family member.

Please note that Time to Pet must be downloaded (completely free of charge) in order to get the most benefits from our visits.

We ask that all clients use a key lock box (hide-a-key) securely placed on your property. This makes sure your walker — or a backup walker, if needed — can access your home safely and provide the care your pets need as scheduled.

If you have an electronic keypad, no key is needed — just share the code with us!

Please note: We do not hold onto house keys in our office or with any walker.
